When I call the clinic for help with my appointment, the staff on the phone do not communicate well and do not seem to fully understand my situation as a patient. They are not very friendly or kind when speaking, and it makes it difficult to solve simple problems. I hope the clinic can improve their phone communication and provide more patient-centered, respectful service.
I have been patient at this clinic for decades. My doctor retired. I was trying to make an appointment for a Wellness Visit with doctor that replaced him. I was calling on 2 different days. Always being on hold for a long time, the first time I gave up after 15 minutes. Then, I have to wait 3 months for the Wellness Visit appointment because I am considered a new patient. Dr. was very funny. Showed care and concern.
This is a FRANCISCAN LAB! I came here on a Tuesday, in the middle of the day, after a 3 day weekend. There was virtually no wait. The place is clean, including the bathroom. EASY to find where the lab is. Plenty of really good parking. Beautiful plants and flowers on the outside. Staff is friendly.
To the lady answering the phones at 5:23 p.m. on August 8th 2025 answering calls for Dr Singh, that was by far the worst customer service experience I had in a very long time. I don't need snark, nor do I need to speak with somebody who is obviously unhappy they're working a Friday evening. The call is regarding test results of my newborn and the last thing I need to have is somebody with the attitude I was given telling me I'm just going to have to wait until Monday.
