Reception/scheduling is soooo rude. The ultrasound quality is good but multiple poor experiences with scheduling. My baby already needs extra care, it’s so stressful having scheduling be so rude and uncaring. Call at 12:43pm on 2/28/25
I had nothing but quality care throughout my pregnancy. My favorite midwife is Katherine (Kate) McDonald. Because my baby and I were low risk, I didn't feel pressured into any decision, and was able to have the pregnancy and birth I wanted.
I've been to this facility twice now for prenatal ultrasounds, the front desk staff was quite friendly and I had an uncomplicated check-in on both occasions. However, I'm sad to comment that the "bedside manner" I received from the techs and doctors was fairly unpleasant. I am quite tall, and was actually too tall to fit comfortably in the chair they had me on when they did my first ultrasound, I kept adjusting to relieve the strain being put on my back from my legs hanging off the edge.. my height as well as being 8+mo preg... read more
