I have never had to wait so long for a clinic to answer the phone. I’m currently waiting for over 30 minutes just to schedule an appointment.

Waited 16 minutes on hold and it sounded like it was finally going to connect. Then they apparently hung up on me! How can it be this awful to get someone on the phone?!

The whole office is ridiculous! Very hard to speak with someone. The front half has no idea what the back half is doing! Do not go to this clinic!
