I received a referral from my primary care doctor to this practice. I called 4 times over the past 10 days to schedule as a new patient, leaving a message each time as directed. Their voice mail said they would get back to me by end of day. No one has returned my calls yet. This does not fill me with confidence.
Paul, an ultrasound technician, was most remarkable. His personality and kind compassionate attention inspires one to carry on the same and be a better person. An incredible human being that brings hope to the species!!
Im amazed at how poor the staff at this location treat there clients. My mom needed an arm to balance herself to step up they rudely told her she was a total assist. Ive worked in the medical feild for 15 years that's not a total assist. Then I heard the same issue from several other patients in the waiting area. They dont want to lift a finger to help in any way shape or form.
Dr. Olstein actually listened to me about my fear of taking different meds. N made me feel comfortable to talk to Him. The staff also are awesome folks.
