Friendly staff. Clean offices.
I drive 45 minutes with a newborn to be seen for a non healing c section scar. Upon arrival I was refused to be seen because said newborn was with me. Apparently they have a no children allowed policy but failed to notify me of it. Staff said “well how was I supposed to know you would bring your baby”. My baby is 7 weeks old and you expect me to leave them with a sitter?! Let alone what if she was exclusively breast fed and had no other way of nutrition during that time. Charge my insurance company $6,000 for surgical removal of wound debris which was literally less than 2 minutes of a little scraping with a knife for a culture test.
