Came here as I always do for my CDL medical exam. They didn't give me all the paperwork. I live an hour away and obviously have a job where I travel. They refuse to email, fax, or mail me the certificate they didn't give me. So I now have to drive 2hrs plus on my day off to go get it. I can't even imagine being this incompetent. If you're going here for CDL exam....make sure you check your papers over! They also claim they sent it to the state yet 2 weeks later the state still doesn't show it!? The only good thing about the ER visit was the male nurse. The Dr (learning now it was Dr. Moon) was inattentive, uncaring and just wanted to rush my loved one out the door. The nurse with long red hair was unhelpful. I was trying to quietly fill in the nurse with the long red hair about what our concerns were outside of earshot of my family member and she said my family member’s nurse was in the room with him right now. The only good thing about the ER visit was the male nurse. The Dr was a jerk and the other nurse with long red hair was unhelpful. This is why we go to IU in Monticello for our healthcare needs now. We unfortunately couldn’t get my Uncle transported there for today’s visit. This hospital has been a joke for a long time, but the way that ER staff treats people is disgusting.
Worst hospital in the world would not go there all the people are rude as heck we sat for 2 hours to get an ultrasound done and them for them to come out and tell us they can’t do it to come back tmro and the receptionist was even ruder
