I wish I could give 0 stars. We took our 4 month old here and it was horrible. Did not bother to interact with him to start off, just took him and started stretching him which made him mad and set the negative tone for the rest of the appointment. She assumed he had torticollis based on dr notes(all we mentioned to our pediatrician was we thought he had possible torticollis issues when he was newborn) without even evaluating him. If I could give 0 stars instead of 1 I would. Extremely unprofessional facility. The physical therapist treats infants like objects extremely rough and not in the least bit gentle. Had the worst bedside manner and didn’t even attempt to interact. Not to mention her hair was falling into my baby’s face, she didn’t even have the decency to put her hair up. Will not be returning to this facility and will not be recommending this facility to anyone
