Only two nurses stood out to me. Everyone else, not sure why they chose this career when it's apparent they hate it. Lol They act like you are a bother, they rush, they hurt you and then give a fake apology. They cancel your appointment because of weather? Whaaat? It's a hospital. I witness them be mean to the elderly last week. I rather stay anemic than go to this careless Community/St.Catherine hospital. You are a disgrace to the medical field. First off patient care is excellent. The infusion center however isn't all that comfortable when you are there for over 6 hours. Patient has a recliner. That's ok. Caregiver/support person gets a small hard chair. The reception area chairs are more comfortable. Honestly even though they encourage you to have a support person but this facility could care less and doesn't even care about your caregiver. Yes, patient care should come first. It's rediculous that the reception area chairs are not in the infusion rooms. Would be s... read more
