Crystal is a professional employee, who treats every patient with compassion.
They take really good care of me and are very respectful.
I’ve previously had good experiences with this clinic. However, ever since the clinic switched me physicians and didn’t notify me I’ve had nothing but poor experiences. This is explicitly regarding the physician— the front desk staff has been very helpful. I went to have a physical conducted. The resident literally did nothing except check my lungs and heart because I was sick. This facility is amazing! Clean, efficient, special shout out to the receptionist Susan! She was so kind and nonjudgmental, which is really refreshing from what I’ve been through with other facilities. Another shout out to two RN’s Cayla and Jenny! Both really friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Last shout out Dr. Bowers she was kind, efficient, gentle, inquisitive, and non-judgmental. Once again, I cannot praise this facility enough. I will be returning whenever I need urgent care or the emergency room.
