Im not from Indiana, I'm from Texas and became pretty sick within my first week here. I went to this urgent care and they were ALL amazing. Front desk, the nurses , xray tech and the doctor were all wonderful. They listened to my concerns, seemed thorough and I was very pleased with this visit. Thank you all for yalls help and care.
Took my 2yr old and 1yr old there due to Hand Foot Mouth, that was going on our daycare. Was told it was only a diaper rash. Next day I went to crown point and found out it was HFM. Wasn't too thrilled to get the wrong answers, having to wait an hour to be seen and that fact I couldn't fit my stroller into their room. Was complete chaos. Highly DONT recommended!
Usually have good experiences with the Franciscan network, left feeling dismissed. Reviewed the after visit summary on mychart to find the Nurse Practitioner did not at all listen to my concerns. At no point was my vitals taken when clinically would have been very necessary for my care with presentation. Also stated my rash had been extremely itchy which I emphasized in the exam was not at all the case. Very discouraging to feel so dismissed and not heard at all. Nothing express about this place. I checked in before even arriving and it said zero people were waiting. I sat in the waiting room miserably sick for an hour before walking out. Front desk staff is rude and incompetent.
