The facility was very easy to find. The reception area was clean and inviting and, most of all, not crowded. Staff was polite and professional. There was training going on with another desk person at the time but they immediately stopped to wait on me. The wait time was short. The nurse was polite and efficient engaging in small talk to make sure I was comfortable. Dr. Terri seemed genuinely concerned with getting to the root off my problem offering advice on what to do and who to see. Prescriptions were sent in right away. ... read more
They were very nice, and very friendly. I felt very welcomed. Thank you for such great hospitality.
Staff was incredibly rude and condescending (particularly Darla in registration.) I understand how stressful their jobs can be, but there is no reason to slam clipboards around and roll your eyes when sick people come to you for help. If you're that unhappy with your job, please apply somewhere (anywhere!) else.
