The worst customer service possible. Last time I contacted billing, it took four weeks for them to return my call. No way to pay online, they cash your check without applying it to your account. We tried to pay for the entire year on a CPAP machine, but of course they could not keep track and continued to bill us monthly with threats of sending our bill to collections. The nurse that was working with me ghosted me.
Zero stars. This provider is a scam. I I paid my account in full and was subsequently sent to collections. I requested a detailed summary that was never provided. I have paid more out of pocket costs than with any other service for charges that were vague and unsubstantiated. They also sent supplies that were not necessary. I had to tell my doctor I would get my supplies as needed from a different supplier. I do not recommend this company.
If I could give a zero I would. I have been working with them for over a year and a half to get billing issues resolved and they blame insurance and everyone but themselves and when you sort through it all it comes to their mistakes. Wish I could give a 0. Find another supplier! Inaccurate and late billing; antagonist when questioning billing inconsistencies. Take your hard earned money elsewhere.
Poor customer service. It takes your life history to get a "replacement" rollator. Called two weeks ago and talked to a man who took information and said everything was taken care of. Called back following week and was told the man said he never took any order. Doctor faxed prescription and was told it wasn't enough information. So after two weeks still no replacement. Called Medicare and was told all they needed from the doctor was a prescription. There appears to be no organization and/or internal communication.
