I was hesitant heading in when I saw the ratings, but my experience was very good! I found the staff friendly and professional, no long waits, and the doctor was very helpful and insightful. I dont wanna diminish from anyone's negative experience, but for me this was a good visit.

Reviewing before visit due to half the reviews being about wait time and no answer. There is a message apologizing for the extended times due to covid, that should not affect their rating if they preface it, like every doctors office right now. Will Update review after appointment, but the service I got was great, and I called Before 8am, only on hold for 5-6 minutes. Helpful and kind is all I've experienced so far. Trying to to make an appointment and after explaining what is going on with me, she acted like I said the sky is blue instead of trying to help. In addition their phone system makes it very difficult to hear what they are saying.

I tried for several months to get into a GI specialist where I live in Olympia and could not because of my insurance type and because of places not taking new patients. The first time I called here I was able to make an appointment right away! I was so happy to get in with them right away as my symptoms have been so severe I was suffering pretty bad.
