Been waiting on my pre approved medicine for over a month try calling the office and get no calls back called just a minute ago and they hang up on me because they say Mr Dr's not in washington but can send a msg to their team I say ok and then she hangs up

I just had the best experience here . I had to have an upper endoscopy and I’m from a different town , I had never been here before . Every single person from people walking by to the admit person to the nurses, doctors, anesthesiologist, everyone involved was so incredibly nice . It is not like this at my hometown hospital. This was just wonderful. They were super informative, got me in and out early . They were just so kind and helpful. It made the whole thing much less scary . I really appreciate everyone there . I was hesitant heading in when I saw the ratings, but my experience was very good! I found the staff friendly and professional, no long waits, and the doctor was very helpful and insightful. I dont wanna diminish from anyone's negative experience, but for me this was a good visit.

Reviewing before visit due to half the reviews being about wait time and no answer. There is a message apologizing for the extended times due to covid, that should not affect their rating if they preface it, like every doctors office right now. Will Update review after appointment, but the service I got was great, and I called Before 8am, only on hold for 5-6 minutes. Helpful and kind is all I've experienced so far.
