First, I am a very chill and understanding guy. I don’t write negative reviews for fun. However, my appointment today warrants one. Had a GI appointment with Dr. Johnathan Ha. I’m a new patient and waited two months for this appointment. He comes in with a very rushed and unfriendly energy, and basically told me we had no time to waste “because of my check in time.” I was seven minutes early for my appointment. Had a screening procedure here. It was efficient, as pleasant as can be, and painless. Very much appreciate that these services are available in my area vs. driving across the bridge to Tacoma. The nurses and staff are very pleasant, nice facilities, and fast like a pit stop which I appreciate as such procedures are not something I would care to linger over.
