There was a little bit of traffic on my way to my appointment so I called in and told them I'd be 11 minutes late and asked if I should still drive on in or just go ahead and reschedule the appointment. The person who took my call told me It would be fine to come in as long as I'm not more than 15 minutes late. I get there at the 11 minutes that I said I would be and they told me that The late limit is actually 10 minutes and that I was a minute over so they would have to reschedule me for a few months out. I’ve been through four GI’s in the Franciscan GI office. The first three were horrific. Then Vera Grant came my way. Excellent!! Nothing but positive reviews for this Enumclaw office and Vera.
