Medical "care" is so self-serving anymore it's rediculous. These people insist that you must bring someone with you and must wait the entire time just for a colonosopy, or they will turn you away. They place their liability obsessive rules before patient health. Not everyone is inconsiderate as them to impose on someone else to miss work for unessessarily hanging out in a waiting room for half a day. And some people don't have someone who can or will. Just wanted to give Dr. Duncan and his staff a big thanks! I was super anxious about the recent procedure I had, but everyone was truly fantastic... all three nurses and the anesthesiologist were supportive, reassuring, and answered all my questions, and Dr. Duncan obviously knows his stuff and did a wonderful job, and patiently explained everything both before and after... Dr. Duncan provided a great consultation, he actively listened and provided insights that really helped. We developed an approach together to resolve my issues.
