The staff here are absolutely terrible. Rude, condescending, and they lie to you about when your appointment is. When I asked what time the appointment was they refused to tell me and told me the check in time instead. Terrible service, terrible people. Avoid this place at all costs.
Actual medical negligence, this isn't an exaggeration. If you want to feel like your health is being taken seriously, go literally anywhere else
Had my colonoscopy done here with Doctor Oviea Akpotaire. Had no trouble parking, the entrance is just inside the ground floor entrance. The nurses and doctors were all very kind and the level of care I received was excellent. I've been recommending this location to all of my friends who need to get a colonoscopy!
Stay away, this place is terrible. There's plenty of other places to go.
Medical "care" is so self-serving anymore it's rediculous. These people insist that you must bring someone with you and must wait the entire time just for a colonosopy, or they will turn you away. They place their liability obsessive rules before patient health. Not everyone is inconsiderate as them to impose on someone else to miss work for unessessarily hanging out in a waiting room for half a day. And some people don't have someone who can or will.
