This is in regards to their ENT services: My ears are bleeding and I previously had tubes placed. I told them it's been about five days (because I have a life and other personal issues) the receptionist responsed "oh and you're just now calling. Hmmmm... ok! One moment 😇" she came back and her recommendation is to go to an urgent care for my "immediate medical needs" I asked them what an urgent care would do for me (because everyone knows they'll tell me to go to an ENT) their reply is that they do not know and can't speak ... read more
Very disappointed in the customer servicw, wveh after i expressed a concern the response was "OK, great..." . Making it apparent the person was not listening and definitely did not care.
They Refuse to provide me with medical treatment and that they do not accept open referrals, they have no respect for their patients, and better yet a lack of respect for the company they represent.. if you can do not go here they have no morals... they told me to leave because i asked them to call my pcp for my referral but it was too much of a task for 1 person.... not to mention nobody was in their office being seen, who pay's for them to refuse new patients.. #dontgohere
Dr Bevin was able to diagnose my condition after many doctors failed to. He was friendly and patient and put my mind at ease. I've been seen many times and he always has a fantastic memory of our previous interactions. I've felt welcomed and treated with kindness on every visit. Calling the office is very short time on hold. The rooms are warm and private and comfortable. Only downside is the cell reception in the small waiting area.
Friendly staff, Dr Smith explained each precedure and the reasoning behind it. Totally satisfied with Dr Smith and her staff.
