Yeah, I just wanted to say be sure to be on time or matter fact extra early because even if you’re five minutes late, they will make you reschedule. It takes about three months to get a point an appointment even if you’re standing in line like I was on time, but don’t get to the front desk on time you still are considered late. not sure where else I have to go to get a mammogram, but I’m definitely gonna try not to go back there.
There are no recent reviews of this place so let me give you one: phenomenal! I went on for my first mammogram late-November. From the time I checked in, to the time I was seen, I waited a total of like 5 minutes. The tech who performed my mammogram was super efficient, knowledgeable, helpful and nice. She thoroughly explained the process, what I could expect, etc. The actual mammogram took maybe 5 minutes total. I was beyond impressed, especially for a 3:30 appointment. Tried to get an appointment here via a referral. Was on the phone with a foreign call center for 25 minutes. Alternating between being put on hold and the person taking forever to search for the Burien facility, then for my file, then she must have been translating everything I said. After the long call she still hadn't scheduled me due to her end, not because my schedule is tight. This call was the final deciding factor to leaving Fransiscan altogether. Their mergers and take overs, etc...has made this organization too big ... read more
