If I could put 0 stars I would, I was treated with total disrespect. I was told that I should have went to another hospital. I visited the ER department and Dr Bailey was amazing. The wait was less than 5 minutes to get back to a room. They did all the necessary procedures, lab work, CT all on site. They were very efficient, and a pleasant staff at this facility. The whole team was very knowledgeable and caring.
RN Ashely was honestly rude. Came in with the kids and from the start she had an attitude. We told her kids were sick but one of the kids was sick for almost 2 weeks and sounded horrible, the other was my 5 month old also sick with a wet cough and running nose. She made it seem like it’s nothing and that it was pointless and no reason for us to go in. UM 5 MONTH OLD. Was careless with the monitoring process that even when we got discharged we had a wonderful older lady come in and re take vitals for her own sake on BOTH kids... read more
