RUDE Technician. Accompanied my elderly mother to her Dr appt which turned into a need for Xray and I requested a thyroid guard for my mother and the technician responded with an unnecessary brash tone telling me the doctor wouldn’t want that because it would cover the chest area she was needing to Xray. I thanked her for explaining and excused myself from the imaging room where I most certainly picked up the flyer with QR code “How Was Your Visit”.
