Dr. Yao was amazing. She took the time to review my medical history with me and to find out details about my condition. During the examination she explained what she was doing and why. She developed and explained a plan to address my symptoms and scheduled a follow up appointment to see if I was improving. I left the office feeling more informed and very confident in Dr. Yao’s ability to help me.
Super short wait time and friendly staff. Dr. Yao is friendly, thorough and feels like a partner in solving your nasal woes.
Was really impressed w the bedside manner and the description of issues. Excellent communication w my teen son, not too much jargon but not talking down to him either. Note, the doctors in this practice seem to have a suspicious number of reviews but this review is real. :)
Great staff very professional and friendly. Dr. Yao is awesome. Talks you in layman terms, doesn't rush you out of the office and makes you feel at home.
I very much like and respect Dr. Yao. She is an excellent listener and she explains everything well, from the conditions you might have to the way it's diagnosed and/or treated. Always very thorough.
