I really appreciate the professionalism of doctors yao She understands and explained everything with simplicity
I've seen Dr. Yao for both myself (eustachian tube issues) and my child (frequent nosebleeds). I found her to be attentive and competent. I like it that she explained her model of the problem, and offered me multiple possible paths forward. I have a comorbidity that wasn't directly relevant to my ear issue, but which medics often get distracted by and ask me a lot of questions about. I'm impressed that Dr. Yao didn't do that and stuck to the issue at hand. I'd recommend her as an ENT.
