Remarkable surgeon.
My fiance Irvin Dove had Dr Velez . He did a rt neck dissection. He is a wonderful surgeon. Took his time with the before care , the operation and the after care. Explained everything and answered any questions . Very professional and caring . I would recommend him to anyone who needs this surgery.
