Francis is a skillful artist however I was not aware that I needed to double check whether the artist who will do my makeup is Francis or not. This was the second time I made an appointment for Francis. When I showed up for my appointment, Francis called me and said another lady will do my makeup because he is in Boston. I did not get any previous notice or anything. It would have been better if he let me know earlier he couldnt make it so I could cancel my appointment and make a booking on the day he is actually available. ... read more
