It is very annoying if you cancel the renewal of mothly unlimited membership. As said fron their website, you have to cancel before 7 business days of the expiration. So I cancelled in advance. The system did not le me in saying because I cancelled renewal! The staff spent about 15min checking my purchase record even if I provided the phycisal receipt. They even asked me to provide the credit card I used to pay after seeing my receipt. Finally they said they could not find my purchase in their system but they would still giv... read more
We got our rental car washed there just prior to returning it, and it was a great, thorough wash.
She did a great job on the car. Anthony was kind and gave us some local recommendations.
