Threw away part of my car that fell off in their wash after I left a message asking them if it had been recovered. No follow up. No nothing. Just told me it was thrown away
Had a really bad experience this morning at this car wash Mike at the machine was super rude after I told him twice I didn’t need his help he was super persistent after I told him I didn’t need his help thank you after I voiced I wanted to leave he said oh go ahead we don’t need your money like obviously you do if your working on Easter!
Rude workers, overpriced, they change your monthly price without letting you know.

As an unlimited wash member, I’ve had plenty of experience with Cobblestone Car Wash, and unfortunately the difference in quality between their East Valley and West Valley locations is extremely disappointing. The washes I’ve received in the East Valley have consistently been far superior.
