Obviously they try to sell you. It's a car wash. Upgrades and additions is how they make all their money. Don't see how that's nearly every complaint. That's the car washes work.

Lemon scent is awesome, but don't let your self be pressured! And ask for a punch card at the front desk, get 9 washes and get the tenth free! Or online they have coupons for $5 off and stuff :)
