Terrible car wash, bad business. They don’t honor the gift cards they sold. Won’t be back. Hard to support companies that operate like this.
I asked for my interior to be cleaned as I have rubber floor matts. They only shampooed my rugs and left the outside/windows dirty. I asked them to touch up a few bits on the inside that i noticed and they told me”next time you should pay for the interior” like thats not what i asked for. They proceeded with “you were only put down to shampoo the rugs” I dont even use my rugs because I have rubber matts! Mark is so great, actual mood bringing man.
I ask the guy to please vaccum the seats because I had my dog in the car.He immediately started being snotty saying they can't get the dog hair out,that I have to pay more for that.When I stated that he had a bad attitude he said he was the manager and refused to give me the owners number.I have been going to this location for thirty years and never been treated so poorly.I guess I will have to find a new location.
I’ve been a member at two Francis and sons and this Tempe location has the most kind workers. They go above and beyond to make sure I have no bugs on my car - and I have the most simple plan! I feel like a true vip here and I am grateful for the hard work I also got a deep clean last fall and it was boujee but worth it for how clean it all was. Felt like a new car 🫶
