Hands down the absolute worst experience that I have had at any merchant business in my entire life. I would give zero stars, if possible. I had to dispute the nearly $300 credit charge for a "detail" service that was nothing more than an amateur smash & dash con job. They damaged my vehicle in two places, did not touch the interior whatsoever and left wax visible all over the outside. Great job for the time I allowed them. Got things out of the carpets I thought were permanent. I always have a good experience.
Manager extremely rude did not explain options outside not properly cleaned told me i need to pay more for dirt not removed by employee on front of car.employee left wire on top of car causing cone to fall over and began hollering at me.Suppose customer is not always right at this location if anything manager should apologize for employee negligence will not be back.Plan on contacting bbb.
Love this car wash. Always great.
Terrible car wash, bad business. They don’t honor the gift cards they sold. Won’t be back. Hard to support companies that operate like this.
