I ask the guy to please vaccum the seats because I had my dog in the car.He immediately started being snotty saying they can't get the dog hair out,that I have to pay more for that.When I stated that he had a bad attitude he said he was the manager and refused to give me the owners number.I have been going to this location for thirty years and never been treated so poorly.I guess I will have to find a new location.
I’ve been a member at two Francis and sons and this Tempe location has the most kind workers. They go above and beyond to make sure I have no bugs on my car - and I have the most simple plan! I feel like a true vip here and I am grateful for the hard work I also got a deep clean last fall and it was boujee but worth it for how clean it all was. Felt like a new car 🫶
Did an amazing job on interior and exterior! Super friendly staff too!
I must defend this business because they are PHENOMENAL at what they do! They vacuum, wash and wipe cars out in the heat ALLDAY in an extremely hot environment. THANK YOU to every single individual that works there!!! Keep up the good work guys and gals!!!
