We’ve had continuous issues with our toilet for months, and had to call Francis Plumbing to our property at least once a month to get them unblocked. They recommended to have our septic tank replaced as the tree roots could be blocking the pipes to the tank. We were bleeding money at that time and had to take a personal loan to get the septic tank replaced for $7000, and the toilet blocked again after a month. We called another plumbing company to check. Fantastic service, great knowledge and problem solving skills from these guys. We are on 15 acres with a complex water management system, Jai, David and Lewis have been amazing to deal with and solved my issues efficiently. Thank you guys.

If I could give 10 stars I would. From initial call to booking, the office staff were amazing. First booked appointment turned up on time and went beyond what he had to in order to locate the issue with my central heating. New motor was installed today so we are warm finally and happy. I have severe anxiety and making phone calls and having tradespeople come to my house is dreadful for me. But every member of staff made it ok. Highly recommended
