Last week, my brother and I brought our cat to this hospital. Dr. Martinez was very friendly and welcoming, and he examined our cat very carefully. Also ,Amir handled our cat very professionally, and he explained everything to us very clearly, especially about the litter box. The reception staff were also very welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really appreciated the kindness and professionalism of the entire team.
I just started taking my cat here after looking for a good vet for years. It's safe to say that I've found this one to be very well suited for us. The doctors are very kind and welcoming people that make every visit feel very safe and reassuring to my family and my cat. We will be sticking to this place from now on. Dr. Bhattia is great!
Best vet I’ve ever been to. Doctors were so kind and you can really tell that they care so so much about the animals in their care. Other vets I’ve been to seem like they just want to get the job over with, but at this place all the doctors made sure to share in depth knowledge on my cats health. All my questions are always very well answered!
This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time at an animal hospital, took care of my puppy and with care. Thanks so much and I highly recommend
We had an urgent situation with our rabbit and were really worried, but the clinic was able to see us quickly. Dr Martinez was very knowledgeable about rabbits and took great care of him. So grateful to have an exotic pet vet like this in Richmond.
