We recently installed our own gas logs, and we’re doing some price checking propane around the area. Francis not only came in with a reasonable price, but also was extremely responsive and professional in all of their communication. I was able to schedule a propane delivery within a week, and because of a cancellation or a delivery truck already being in my area, they arrived two hours after I got off the phone. The delivery was in and out efficiently and respected my yard in the process. Highly recommend!
Highly recommended! Responsive, knowledgeable and professional. All with a personal touch. We inherited a relationship with another regional provider when we purchased our home in the Forest area several years ago. We called Francis after a visit by that provider failed to solve a significant gas log problem. Francis responded within 24 hours. During a recent remodel, we needed to move an on-site tank to a location that required re-piping the supply line to the house under a driveway and then through a wall to service hot water and gas logs. We had been using Francis propane for tank fill-ups, but they also handled this entire job "turn-key".
