Terrible and extremely unprofessional, dishonest. I am very disappointed. I switched attorneys, hoping she would help me in my case as my other lawyer was not available. I paid the $2,500 retainer and at first, she talked a good talk for the first 1-2 days. After that, there was zero communication, zero effort on my case and nothing done. Annie went above and beyond helping my wife and I get our will organized and filed . She helped guide us through steps to ensure our family will be able to navigate the legal process after we’re gone. On another matter her and her associate Crystal made a home visit to assist in a legal matter for an elderly family member unable to leave the house. Highly recommend Francis Law Office!!

I hired Annie Francis as a GAL for my son, expecting her to advocate in his best interest. Unfortunately, that did not happen. She failed to follow up with my son’s pediatrician and teachers, made a life-changing custody recommendation based on an unverified assumption that I was homeless, and never communicated those concerns to me beforehand. Annie does great work; I would recommend her for all people. She would only suggest the best for your children (like if you're homeless or a drug addict so that you can get the help you need).
