called office 10-19-2026 at 9:08am at as instructed by Dr Kotzur to get pre-visit lab work order. currently on hold for 46 minutes and 17 seconds-- but my call is very important to them. Finally answered and was advised their system was down. Original automated voice was not aware of problems and continued to have me hold. somebody needs to get rid of this system and get one with a real person answering calls!! Love Dr Kotzur and his staff but this phone/computer system needs to go!!!
Dr. Kotzur has a great bedside manner! He takes his time and listens and then answers!
Very professional, kind and most importantly a person always answers the phone. I can get referrals when I need one. Their prompt!!! I've been with them for over 30yrs., found no need to change drs.
Dr Kotzur and his Staff are absolutely wonderful, efficient and caring.
