Have had my dog bathed, toe nails clipped and ears cleaned here repeatedly. Hit or miss. Sometimes they do not clean the ears, or barely trim the nails if at all. When you finally get a good groomer and ask for them again then the receptionist will argue with you--tell you they are not there any more even though you have not given any name and they refuse to look up who was the previous groomer. Receptionist is horrible--customer is always wrong here!
My grandparents took their two Maltese there (Archie & Teddy Kokenge), and they were literally living in filth the whole time they were boarding. When they picked them up, one of the dog's eyes was matted shut, they were covered in dog urine, and they both acted as if they hadn't been fed or given water too the whole time they were boarding. THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE A STAR. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE...THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT YOUR PET'S!
I really like this place! They make my dog happy, and that makes me happy!
