He is the best...thorough, knowledgeable, and highly responsive!! He performed my breast cancer surgery 15 years ago in Baltimore with great results. Since then I have moved to Lewes DE and although I love this little town I have tried to avoid the healthcare community here as much as possible. So when I saw that Dr. Velez had made his way to Milford I was incredibly relieved and certainly delighted!!
