I am deeply disappointed and heartbroken by the care my mother received from Dr. Francis Kane’s office. Throughout my mother’s illness, I felt that her condition was not taken as seriously as it should have been. There were concerns that I repeatedly felt were not adequately addressed, and as her daughter and POA, I spent an enormous amount of time trying to advocate for her care from out of state. Really listens to what you are saying. Cares about his patients. Goes out of his way to answer questions and concerns of his patients.
Dr. Kane always responds to messages and follows up with test results and with any concerns you may have. He is a very competent and thoughtful doctor. Excellent experience.
