Dr. Francis a doctor who puts the patients care as his first priority. He is willingly to take extra time with his patients and makes sure you understand things clearly. Our family had a situation where we needed to be able to contact him quickly if necessary. He gave us a number to text him directly and answered the texts even at late hours of the night. He's always kind and respectful. I highly recommend him.
