Excellent service received today by Jacob K. He was right on time, very friendly and provided professional service. The humidifier filter needed replacing and he got me the best deal. I have had a few issues the past several months and for each visit I've received the best service from Francis Home Environment. I highly recommend them for your HVAC needs.
Chan was awesome today and helped me understand everything about my heat pump, furnace and filtration system. Super helpful!

Jake is the best HVAC service technician we have ever had. He has been servicing our home for over 10 years and has always given us honest and straight forward service. Done right and the done quickly. Patrick is also great and was able to help deal with an A/C created flood in our basement. However when the first tech arrived i went to the front door to greet him.
