Unusual delay today with the tech Cory. I called twice to find out when they will be arriving. My appointment was between 8-12. The tech arrived after 12pm and it wasn’t Cory but another tech on training named Tom. He was very thorough and pleasant to talk to with Cory’s guidance. The service took longer than usual but he explained everything he was doing and answered all my questions.
