I had a follow up inspection two months ago done by Mr Chan and Mo. Both are very good technicians and explained very clearly how the heat pump works in the winter to clear the Ecobee warnings. Thanks. Today I had a repair done by Mo. Since I had a problem with my newly installed Heat Pump. Mo did a careful review of the hardware and connection to the thermostat. Update on March 10, 2026 We continue to be very happy with Scott! Had a minor issue that needed to be dealt with and Scott talked us through all the options and price points. He’s always a pleasure to deal with. Than you!! We have had Scott service our furnace and AC for the last 10+ years. He’s always on time, friendly and most importantly he’s honest. We recently debated taking our business elsewhere and in turn opted to stay with Francis because of Scott.
