Derrick and Duncan from Francis Fuels were very knowledgeable, quick and efficient with next day service for our hot water tank. I'm very impressed with their service!
Francis Fuels installed a heat pump for us. It got complicated - my house is old and they had to be flexible. The process from sales to installation was awesome. In particular, Alex went the extra mile for us, and Brett's team fought through some appalling challenges. Absolutely will use again.
I needed servicing for my water heater. Francis Fuels technicians attempted to address leakages on my 19 year old Giant water heater however, it had run it's life cycle. Subsequently, the service department gave me excellent options at very reasonable costs. Subsequently, after resesrch, I choose Francis Fuels and had them install a new water heater. Pleased with out new heat pump and furnace. The Napoleon product is the most Canadian available which they installed. Fair pricing, and very pleasant to work with. Patient and understanding with our numerous concerns and questions about this new technology. Also, they responded quickly to resolve a minor issue.
Last Monday we had a new furnace installed by Jagdish and Noah. These two men are a credit to your organization...they were polite and professional and took the time to explain everything to us, cleaned up when finished and gave us a tutorial on the new thermostat.
