I was extremely happy with the service Graham did. He explained everything throughly during his testing
Graham called to confirm the emergency appointment and showed up right on time. He diagnosed the problem, explained the issue and had the part in the truck. He was friendly and our dog remembered him from our regular service appointment. Graham is knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Thanks for being there for us and getting the heat back on!!!!
Had our new furnace installed yesterday by Noah and Duncan . Can’t say enough , they were on time , respectful, enthusiastic about their product and cleaned up as if they had never been there before. Great work. Been with Francis Fuels for several years now and have never been dissatisfied.
We love Francis Fuels. They are reliable, honest and friendly. We have an annual furnace maintenance plan with them but we also have to call for unexpected emergencies. The latest was our hot water tank, which died. We have a new one, now installed, a little over 24 hours later. Great service from Chad, Duncan and Omar. Including total clean up after. That's so professional. And the office staff are just lovely to deal with when I call. They are one of the few companies I don't dread calling.
