I am rescinding the unfavourable review I recently posted on this website. In my case, my opinion of "poor of service" was caused by a lack of clear communication. Francis has since done everything in its power to rectify the issue and to make sure that the excellent service I have since received was exactly what I was expecting. Everyone makes mistakes but it takes a good company to circle back and fix them. I would call Francis again in a heartbeat.
We recently had a furnace and water heater installed by Brett and Spencer the technicians from Francis Fuels. They were very professional, efficient and courteous. It was a pleasure to have them in our home. We also had our air conditioner serviced by Hakim. He also was an excellent ambassador for Francis Fuels. We highly recommend Francis Fuels. Judy and Robert Erwin.
The process from Sales to Installation of the new Napoleon furnace was done professionally and was a stress free experience. Every step and option was explained clearly. The actual installation was done without any problems and the worksite was left immaculate post installation. What was really appreciated was the Agent's rebooking of our appointment due to their having a cold. That is truly putting the client first. I would strongly recommend this firm and their employees.
These guys are the best. Been dealing with them for decades. My Mom and myself have all bought furnaces and A/C’s off them. They have maintained them with no issues. Never an issue with the installs and prices have always been competitive. Support the local boys, you won’t regret it.
The final function of a furnace, A/C and hot water tank installation has been completed. This installation experience went smoothly and is worthy of a 5-Star rating. Francis Fuel prices are competitive; staff are professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with; and workers show-up on time and complete the work they committed to doing.
