Thank you Derrick and KB for going above and beyond to quickly respond to my call of distress to repair a small issue with my new heat pump setting that caused my heat pump to turn into a block of ice! (Don’t hold this against heat pumps) All of my interactions with this small LOCAL CANADIAN company at all levels from sales to installation to technician and management support have been positive and next level! Bravo! This is an incredible family based business with a team that represents quality service.
I cannot recommend Francis Fuels enough. I've now dealt with them several times as I had to replace both my air conditioner and furnace this year. They listen, came up with options that addressed my needs and concerns, and addressed any issues promptly. They are exceptionally good at informing clients, keeping in touch and following through. I have dealt with several employees and all have been unfailingly polite and helpful. They have my business and loyalty.

I had an a/c failure and tried for two days to find a repair service in Gatineau QC where I live. Somewhat in desperation I started looking in Ottawa. I found Francis Fuels with a search and called them. Got through right away and the helpful receptionist said that she would contact a technician to arrange a service call. You may imagine my surprise when the technician showed up within 30 minutes. He located the problem right away and fixed it within a half hour, as well as inspecting the rest of the unit.
