Like every Francis energy station this one fails to start charging and if after multiple attempts to charge you can eventually get it to work it will charge by the minute while charging at a fraction of the stated speed. I have yet to find a single Francis energy charger that works reliably if it even works at all.
Broken terminals. Cannot initiate charging. Had to go back to the 50kw charger in Sallisaw
This was actually my first experience with any charging station. It was an easy process. I just plugged in and swiped the app. It was fast and the price reasonable. I dropped a star because there are 2 chargers here and one was out of service and has been for at least a couple of weeks. I would expect better maintenance.
