So im finally giving up on this charging station completely, I travel to Guymon all the time and use these chargers with very mixed results but the faster chargers here haven't been working now for atleast 2 months and when I arrived today there is not one single CCS working out of all 4 chargers. I will not be able to bring my EV here in the future unless im able to make it without charging. Please avoid these chargers in the future because you cannot trust them to keep them operational 😞

June, I started on NSG04. It's a 200kw charger. All I got out of that 27KW. After fifteen minutes I switched to NSG03, a 200KW charger. Although it accepted the app it would not start. I called the Francis customer service line. She was very nice and very sorry. I switched to NSG02, a 50KW charger. It gave me 43KW. Totally understand the negative reviews, Ive had to revise my review because the fast chargers are almost never working the last couple months. Ive had to use the 50kw the last 3-4 times ive been here which consumes alot of time for fast charging. Im giving it 3 stars just because the 50kw charging is better than nothing.

Totally understand the negative reviews, I have charged here many times (Maybe their best customer out here). I will say they had an outage a couple weeks ago and I had to use their 50kw chargers instead of the 200kw, here I am today not sure what to expect but glad to see they got the 200kw chargers operational again. This is called no man's land for a reason so im sure its hard to get their techs out here but it was good to see im back to charging at 140kw-150kw!!! Thanks!!
