Francis customer service agent said these chargers in Guymon are closed. The two fast chargers have not worked for two years I know of. The two 50KW chargers work. They are two of the three 50KWH in the panhandle. My last stop I had to wait an hour for a charger. It then took too long to charge at less than 50KWH. Francis Energy was given million to install chargers around the state. They don't appear to have any interest maintaining them.

0 stars, no CCS were working. Stranded here. Called the 1 800 number and confirmed broken but it's a Sunday so they said no one could help us.

So im finally giving up on this charging station completely, I travel to Guymon all the time and use these chargers with very mixed results but the faster chargers here haven't been working now for atleast 2 months and when I arrived today there is not one single CCS working out of all 4 chargers. I will not be able to bring my EV here in the future unless im able to make it without charging. Please avoid these chargers in the future because you cannot trust them to keep them operational 😞
