Fast charger was out due to maintenance . Slow charger is extremely slow. I left the Tesla chargers because they don’t have J connect. FYI Francis energy only allows car to be registered to one email. Pretty sure I was talking to an AI rep.
Charged so slow I had time for a two hour nap and still not fully charged.
Works well, don’t know what the negative reviews are about
Horrible customer service would not charge car and was still charged 4 times and Mallori Reed and Brittani Steele and Karen would not provide reimbursement which led me and my three year old to be stranded in the cold because car died because of the lack of maintenance to the charger
