Excellent service! Called after an electrical line was accidentally cut by landscapers which knocked out power to the septic system. Mr. Francis was here in 30 minutes and worked in a muddy ditch on a hill to quickly repair the lines and restore power. Definitely went above and beyond and I would highly recommend this company.

Was able to get a long list of items completed in a short time, including challenging ceiling fan upgrades. The new fixtures work great! And reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

We called Francis Electrical because we needed to replace a few outlets and a breaker in our panel (after one outlet burned up from a high-draw appliance). John was prompt in answering our call and scheduling us. He explained what the repair necessitated and why. He finished the work quickly. And his pricing was reasonable. He's very good and I'd be confident in hiring John for any electrical project. Update: called Francis Electrical a 2nd time to install an EV charger. Another 5 star experience!

Installed auxiliary outlet electrical for pool pump and accessories. John is the real deal—professional, personable, knowledgeable, thorough, and quick. His work and demeanor resets the bar for contractors entirely. He was able to talk me through (and I have zero electrical knowledge) complexities and considerations, coached me through material cost, and generally put me at ease throughout the entire process.
