The guy who stopped by did not use any diagnostic equipment to rule out safety concerns. He told me the charge for the visit would be rolled into the job quote. Cool...then owner was rude and didn't recall our verbal conversation about the precautions taken, they decided to insult my intelligence instead. They chased $150 with insults over text messages instead of winning a customer for a $400 job and common decency. It can't be the cost of gas, the tech lived in the same neighborhood. Honestly flabbergasted.

We were at the station in Elk City, OK, for 2 hours trying to sign up and get started. Couldn't get the app to work. Couldn't sign on as a guest. Talked to 3 different representatives and none of them could help us. Our charge was low so we were afraid to go anywhere else. Finally limped back to EVgo at Sayre almost at 0, where it's easy. We will NEVER try Francis Electric again and will urge every EV owner we know not to either.

If you need electrical work done contact Darren at Francis Electric. They recently replaced both my electrical panels. They handled everything from permits to final inspection for a great price. They were on time and very professional. I highly recommend Francis Electric.
