I’m so glad I’m a patient of Dr. Francis. She actually listens, takes her time, reviews your records, most of all, she makes you feel like you matter & does her best to make/keep you healthy!!! She’s absolutely awesome!!! I waited for an opening, to make an appointment & am 100% proud to say Dr Charlotte Francis is my Primary Care Physician!!! Her staff makes you feel welcome & is also the absolute best!!!!
I love Dr. Francis! She is kind, caring, she listens to your concerns all while making you feel so loved! I would recommend her to anyone who wants a small town feel from a doctor in a large regional medical center!
Dr. Francis is one of the last of her kind. She takes time with her patients and gets to know them to make the best decisions with them. She is a very caring doctor that loves what she does. The staff are wonderful.
Dr.Francis is a Dr. Who actually cares for your well being. There are not many Dr's like her that genuinely care and want the best for you. She is one in a million. I recommend her to anyone who wants top notch service from the medical professionals.
