I don't know what's been going on, but these people are never open. I've had a referral to see this doctor since April but no one picks up the phone and no one returns calls. It's getting really irritating having to constantly contact my insurance provider to try to get Doctor's staff to do their freaking job.
Dr. Yu is not interested in his patient at all. When we visited his office 6 months ago for my son’s very bad eye condition, he didn’t even ask of any questions and didn’t even come close to check on his eyes. During 3 months’ immunotherapy I haven’t even seen him once and whenever I asked the office staff if I can see or talk to the doctor regarding my son’s progress all I heard is these 2 aggressive ladies saying ‘what do you need from the doctor? called over. the phone to see if I can get an allergy testing on. the day of consult. Staff. did not tell me over the phone to stop all allergy pills beforehand. took off time to go see the doc and also get allergy testing done. Since nobody told me to stop the allergy. pills, ended up wasting my. time. Will not return.
