Geoffrey Law was recommended by Dr Henry Reis of Integra Eyecare Center as the eye surgeon with the best surgical results in the Greater Vancouver region. Dr Law's staff have great pre-op care preparing my eyes for the surgery. I wish I could give them minus a million stars. This is the worst doctor and staff that I’ve ever encountered in my lifetime…LIFETIME!!!Took my mom here and they were very condescending, rude, unprofessional…every disgusting 🤮 adjectives in the book.Definitely will never ever come back so please don’t come here.
Took my mom here as she was referred here for her cataracs. Oh man everyone here is so rude, obnoxious, unprofessional, vile human beings. I wished I looked at the ratings before taking her here. STAY AWAY!!!
My parent visited this clinic by referral and it turned out to be nothing but a huge disappointment. The doctor was rude. He was impatient. He showered my parents with poor attitude and insult, asking them if they are unable to understand the language when all they did was seeking clarification with one simple question. Parents ended up leaving the clinic questioning their self-esteem, as if patients in need of help didn't deserve respect from the doctor because he was on top. Re: Dr. Geoffrey Law As an opthalmologist, you could have done so much good in taking care of patients’ eye health. Regrettably, you run the clinic as if it were a money making machine. The way you process patients with the help of your rude and unprofessional staff is disgraceful. Therefore, I urge you to reform your approach to the delivery of patient care. Let doing good be the guiding light on everything you do as an opthalmologist. I am sure your patients will be most grateful to see such a change.
