We are so pleased with our new roof, gutters, and beautiful wood-grain aluminum soffit. Francis Builders helped us meet our design goals by giving expert advice and special ordering materials. Our ceilings were delaminated and sagging in our guest rooms and in the main room with high cathedral ceilings. They bid the job, were able to start promptly and were finished even before the expected date! They screwed them back up and applied knockdown. I was surprised at the attention that was paid to tarping everything off, and then the cleaning that was done afterwards. They wiped everything down and left it looking so nice. We are so pleased!
