Growing up in a large family, Francis was one of eleven kids raised on a farm. His Father Elmer decided to get into the Insurance Business in 1962. Francis would end up following in his father's footsteps 15 years later in 1977, joining alongside his father. Francis' son, Blake, joined full time in 2010 starting the third generation. Francis has seen many changes in his community over the years but one thing he says will always be the same is the importance of strong relationships within the community.
