Our technician, Jess, was very thorough, calming, and informative to help me understand any access points near Lake Minnetonka which is in a heavily wooded area. Marquies was kind, meticulous and knowledgeable as he explained the process of getting rid of the pests in our home. He thoroughly inspected the exterior and interior of our home and even took an in-depth look at our attic. Marquies’ experience shined as he located an entry point the critters were getting in that my husband and I had overlooked. He truly went above and beyond and explained everything very well. I am so impressed with this company! Highly recommend!
My technician Bryce treated the outside of my home for wasps. The wasps were in an outdoor intake vent and were very active. I was so relieved that he was able to get out here the same day. I have four grandchildren that I babysit and who were here a couple of days later. So, I am thankful.
