Dr Casper has no bedside manners. He is curt, abrupt, and does not listen to patients. I probably spent less than five min in tje patient room to have him clean out my ears. The guys just starts using a handheld vacuum device without softening the ear canal tissue, so any vacuuming is very painful and causes my ears to be even more inflamed. He got upset because I wouldn't consider any more follow ups. There are okenty of other ENTs out there. Just don't go to Casper.
As always, Dr. Casper is efficient, thorough and compassionate in his ENT practice. I always come away from my appointments feeling better and positive about my health.
Delightful except having only one toilet facility on another floor
Dr. Casper takes his time and does a through exam.
